Off-season Goa Delights

Yes, it is the monsoons, and yes we know that you’re thinking that it’s the off season, who in their right frame of mind would consider going to Goa. It’s time to break that myth!

While the party places maybe fewer in comparison to season time, if you go to the right ones, they are just as much fun.

On a brighter side, think, cheap travel packages, discounted stays at best of hotels and the places that you usually need to queue up endlessly to enter are now free of the crowds.

I’m sure you’re already considering a trip by now, so here’s a list of the must visit ambient places to celebrate during the monsoons.



 Live music nights

@ Canatres, Saligao.

Canatres literally mean songs in Konkani. This old wood paneled lounge situated in the by lanes of Saligao away from the maddening crowd. During the evenings, this place doubles up as a sports bar with a giant TV screen beaming live sporting action from around the world. But it’s the DJ music that ensures the young, hip set come here to party.
